He called Moon “The Seventh Continent.” In his to-be-published book by the same name, he described a systematic 5-Stage Lunar Development Strategy and all the trimmings: An ever-growing lunar city-state called Selenopolis, plus the products, markets and “principles of Seleneconomics” to keep it humming. |
